So, how do we ensure that all blends, samples and quotations match (and even exceed) bur customers' requirements? Foremost, we do our best to allow the tea to retain its freshness and aroma till the time it is consumed. This feat is achieved partly by our expert tasters who evaluate different teas individually for their taste, flavor, color, strength, 'keeping quality' and a host of other attributes. They perform this segregation even before considering a particular tea for inclusion in a certain blend. Only after they have tasted hundreds of cups that a select few are chosen. These are then reassessed before being used to produce blends of the highest quality.

Once these blends have been painstakingly created, one can be rest assured about their aroma and flavor. All our blends have a unique aroma coupled with an exquisite flavor. These are blends that accurately capture the flavor and aroma of hand plucked leaves from the finest tea gardens in India.

Having thus arrived at various top-quality blends, they need to be packaged and shipped with utmost care. For this very purpose, we have our own warehouses (40,000 sq. ft.) and packing units where trained staff carry out all the packaging duties, assigning the highest priority to hygiene. The aim is to provide customers with hasslefree shipment. High levels of efficiency means that we can comfortably ship 30 to 35 containers per month.
